Quick Charts for JSM Assets

JSM Assets is a great feature that allows aggregating useful and important data from external IT systems such as Identity Providers, CRMs, HRMs, Monitoring Systems, Asset Inventories, other CMDBs, etc. The common need for JSM Customers is to have a Dashboard for these records stored in the JSM Assets feature.

Quick Charts for JSM Assets aims to provide a simple and easy chart functionality as a Gadget for Jira Dashboards.

This solution allows connecting multiple JSM Sites and multiple Assets Object Schemas. Large organizations having distributed JSM structures will benefit from the solution while having all the charts in one Dashboard.

All Jira Users are able to see the charts including:

Jira Service Management Customers (Planned)

Jira Product Discovery Users

Permission settings are defined for each connection separately. For example:
