Gadget and Dashboard

Once your connections are successfully established, the next step is to add new charts to your Jira Dashboards.

Follow these steps to create a new chart.

  1. Create a new dashboard in Jira by navigating to Dashboards and selecting Create a dashboard (click the '+' symbol next to Dashboards).

  1. Select “Save” button.

  2. Click on “Add Gadget” and search for “Quick Charts for JSM Assets”. Then, select “Add”.

  1. Fill in the configuration fields, including the AQL, if you wish to filter the objects, and then click the “Save” button.

  1. You can now view the chart displayed on the dashboard.

We have added a new feature to display the total count of objects found. Additionally, the application runs in the background to fetch the latest schema changes and automatically update the charts.

  1. Enhance your dashboards by adding more data and using various charts to present it.

Objects with location coordinates are now plotted directly on a map, so you can instantly visualize where your devices are.
