Connections

Jira Admins can add new connections and define which users can access to each connection.

Kindly follow the steps below:

1- Open the application configuration by selecting Jira / Apps / Manage your apps / Quick Charts for JSM Assets / Connections menu.

2- Click “Add new connection.

3- Fill in the details and click “Check Connection & Add”.

4- You can add more connections. Each connection may have another user having different access permissions. Moreover, the connections can be for other JSM Sites. This allows you to aggregate the Assets related charts into one Dashboard.
