Tempo API Connection Configuration
To integrate with Tempo, you will need to create an access token.
You will need help from the Tempo/Atlassian Admin in your organization for the following configuration.
1- Go to your Tempo app from JIRA.
2- Click the “Settings Icon” and then choose “API Integration” button.
3- Click on the “+ New Token” button.
4- Set the name “Tempo Importer“, choose an “Expiration” date, then choose “Full Access” and press “Confirm” button.
5- Store the Token in a secure place (Choose copy to clipboard icon) and close the view.
6- Add this token to “Access Token” field in the source tab.
7- Chose the related “Tempo Site” and press “Save & Check Connection“ button.
https://api.eu.tempo.io/ : Use this for clients based in Europe.
https://api.us.tempo.io/ : Use this for clients based in the Americas.
https://api.tempo.io/ : Use this if your clients are based in other locations, if you are unsure where your client is installed, or if you prefer a universal path.
8- Once you get the success message, move to the destination configuration.
