Portal Profile Page

  1. To view the Portal Profile page, open your site portal:

https://{your-site-name}.atlassian.net/servicedesk

  1. Select the Profile Picture/ Initials at the top right and select the Profile option. In addition, you can also view the data by clicking on Assets Information option.

  1. You will see a list of objects populated based on the definitions provided by the data source, as outlined below.

  1. You can switch between 2 views, Matrix View, and Table View.

  2. Click on the Object's Title to view the Detailed Attributes.

  1. Switch to Edit Mode to modify attributes. These changes will also be reflected in Assets. Once changes are made, select Save Changes.

Note: Certain attributes must remain unchanged: Key, Created Date, and Updated Date. Upon making modifications, the updated date will automatically refresh.
