Installation

  1. Log into your Jira Service Management site which is in the Premium or Enterprise Plan.

  2. Click the Apps dropdown and choose “Find new apps” option.

  3. Search for Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID) Importer for JSM Assets and click on the app tile.

  4. Click “Get app” to start installing your app.

  5. You're all set! Click “Close” in the “Installed and ready to go” dialog.

  6. To find our application, click the More action menu with three dots (…) beside the Apps.

  1. Click Manage apps

  2. You will find our application on the left side, under the 'Apps' section.

  3. Follow the steps explained on: Configuration of Microsoft Entra ID Importer for JSM Assets

 

If you are on the following screen, that means you clicked the wrong button. Please recheck steps 6-8.
