Installation

1. Log into your Jira Service Management site which is in the Premium or Enterprise Plan.

2. Click the Apps dropdown and choose “Find new apps” option.

3. Search for Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID) Importer for JSM Assets and click on the app tile.

4. Click “Get app” to start installing your app.

5. You're all set! Click “Close” in the “Installed and ready to go” dialog.

6. To find our application, click the More action menu with three dots (…) beside the Apps.

7. Click Manage apps

8. You will find our application on the left side, under the 'Apps' section.

9. If you can not find it on the left side, then open the following URL by replacing the yoursite:

https://yoursite.atlassian.net/jira/settings/apps/9d13536c-5852-433a-bf95-f40b714daac1/4fb540b3-1074-47fe-8c12-e51718bc392a

10. Follow the steps explained on: Configuration of Microsoft Entra ID Importer for JSM Assets

If you are on the following screen, it means you clicked the wrong button, or Atlassian automatically took you to the wrong page. Please recheck step 9.
