Installation of Jamf Importer for JSM Assets

 

  1. Log into your Jira Service Management site which is in the Premium or Enterprise Plan.

  2. Click the Apps dropdown and choose “Find new apps” option.

  3. Search for Jamf Importer for JSM Assets and click on the app tile.

  4. Click “Get app” to start installing your app.

  5. You're all set! Click “Close” in the “Installed and ready to go” dialog.

  6. To find our application, click the More action menu with three dots (….) next to Apps.

  1. Click Manage apps

  2. You will find our application on the left side, under the 'Apps' section.

  3. If you can not find it on the left side, then open the following URL by replacing yoursite:

https://yoursite.atlassian.net/jira/settings/apps/74df661b-9196-41cd-9f04-dbd51cfe0a0e/b7a7d6c1-0884-41c8-83c5-a40c7e1af865

PS: Only Jira Admins can access our app.
