Object & Attribute Reference

Object & Attribute Reference

This page lists all 16 Salesforce object types supported by Salesforce (CRM) Importer for JSM Assets v4.24.4. The app maps a total of 642 attribute definitions across these objects, sourced directly from AttributesProvider.jsx in the app's source code.

Use this reference to determine which objects and attributes are available before configuring your import.

Custom Objects (Beta): In addition to the 16 built-in objects below, the app supports importing any Salesforce object via the Custom Objects (Beta) feature. See the Custom Objects - User Guide for details.

Notes on Specific Objects

Subscriptions & Quotes (Salesforce CPQ)

These objects are only available if your Salesforce org has the Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) package installed. Their API names follow the CPQ namespace prefix SBQQ__. Quotes is additionally marked as experimental and may behave differently across Salesforce CPQ versions.

Custom Fields (__c suffix)

For the 6 objects that support custom field slots (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Assets, Contracts), you can map up to 30 Salesforce custom fields per object. Custom field API names in Salesforce always end with __c. See Admin Configuration for Salesforce Importer for configuration steps.

Source Filtering

Any of the 16 objects can have a SOQL WHERE clause applied to filter which records are imported. For example, to import only open Opportunities: StageName != 'Closed Won' AND StageName != 'Closed Lost'. See the Source Filter for full syntax reference.
