Compliance Dashboard & Trends
The Compliance Dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of your device fleet's compliance status and tracks how that status changes over time. It is available directly inside the Microsoft Intune Importer for JSM Assets app in Jira Service Management.
Accessing the Dashboard
Open Jira Service Management and navigate to your project.
From the left-hand navigation, open Assets.
Click the Microsoft Intune Importer for JSM Assets app entry.
Select the Dashboard tab.
What the Dashboard Shows
The dashboard displays compliance metrics derived from your imported Managed Device data:
Compliant – Devices that meet all configured compliance policies in Microsoft Intune.
Non-Compliant – Devices that violate one or more compliance policies.
Not Evaluated – Devices that have not yet been assessed against a compliance policy.
In Grace Period – Devices that are non-compliant but are within a configured grace period before enforcement begins.
Compliance Trends
The Trends chart plots compliance counts over time, letting you see whether your fleet is improving, degrading, or staying stable between import runs.
Trend data requires at least two completed imports. The chart will be empty until a second import has run after the initial one.
Auto-Create Jira Issues for Non-Compliant Devices
The app can automatically open a Jira issue whenever a device is detected as non-compliant, keeping your team's remediation work visible in Jira. See Import Configuration for instructions on enabling the Auto-Create Jira Issues automation.
