Upgrade Data Model A new Upgrade Data Model button next to Build Data Model in the Import Run/Schedule tab lets you apply the latest objects and attributes to your existing object schema.

Credential Security (SIFJA-51) Stored credentials (Salesforce client secret and access token, Jira API token, Assets import token, notification token) now stay on the server. The app only shows whether a credential is configured, with a masked preview, and all operations that use credentials run server-side. We recommend rotating previously stored credentials after upgrading.

Audit Log Integrity (SIFJA-52) Audit log entries are now created entirely by the server from a fixed list of events, so they can no longer be altered or fabricated from the browser.

4.31.0

MINOR

Contract Custom Attributes Support (SIFJA-50) Contracts now support 30 custom attribute slots, configurable via Admin → Custom Attributes. Admins can map any Salesforce Contract field to a custom attribute slot, and the values will be populated during import. This completes the custom attributes feature parity for Contracts alongside Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, and Assets.

Contract fields include Status, Start/End Date, Contract Term, Activated Date, Description, Special Terms, Owner Expiration Notice, and references to Account, Owner, Customer Signed (Contact), and Company Signed (User).

Assets Custom Attributes Expanded Assets now support 30 custom attribute slots (up from 10), configurable via the Custom Attributes admin panel.

Lodash Security Fix Updated lodash dependency to resolve high severity vulnerability CVE-2026-4800 (CVSS 8.1).

Products, Cases & Quotes Support Users can now import Salesforce Products, Cases, and Quotes into JSM Assets. Note: Quotes require the Salesforce CPQ add-on and are marked as experimental. Custom Attribute Names in Schema: Custom attributes configured for Accounts, Contacts, Leads, and Opportunities are now reflected with their actual field names when building the JSM Assets schema. Custom objects have been restricted to the supported predefined object types only.

4.23.0

MAJOR

Custom Salesforce Objects Support Users can now import any custom Salesforce object (e.g., Invoice__c, Subscription__c) into JSM Assets. The feature includes: Fetch and add any custom Salesforce object directly from your org, configure which fields to import from each custom object, automatic field type mapping from Salesforce to JSM Assets attribute types, dynamic schema generation, and full support in the import pipeline alongside standard objects. See Custom Objects User Guide for detailed setup instructions.

4.22.0

MAJOR

Salesforce Assets Import Support (SIFJA-42) Users can now select Salesforce Assets as a source object for import. Asset fields are mapped to JSM Assets schema attributes, with full support in the import pipeline including schema resolution, filtering, and data transformation.

4.21.0

MAJOR

Source Filtering for Salesforce Objects You can now filter which records are imported from Salesforce using SOQL WHERE clauses. This new feature allows you to define custom filters for each Salesforce object separately, import only the data you need reducing sync time and storage, and configure filters directly in the admin interface under the new Source Filter tab. Enhanced Audit Log Security Improved the security of audit logging to prevent potential user impersonation. The system now ensures that all audit and debug log entries are authenticated using server-side verification, making the logs more reliable and trustworthy for compliance and troubleshooting purposes.
