Configuration of Salesforce Importer for JSM Assets
The following pages walk you through everything required to configure Salesforce (CRM) Importer for JSM Assets. Complete the steps in the order shown to get your first import running.

1 | Source Connect | Provide your Salesforce subdomain, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret to establish the OAuth 2.0 connection. The app tests the connection by running a live query against your Salesforce org. |
2 | Object Types & Attributes | Choose which of the 16 supported object types to import and which attributes to replicate for each. 9 object types are enabled by default; you can add or remove any at any time. |
3 | Source Filter (optional) | Apply SOQL WHERE-clause filters per object type to import only the records that match your criteria — for example, Leads in a specific country or Opportunities above a certain value. |
4 | Build Scheduling | Set how often the importer runs: Hourly, Daily (one UTC time slot), Multiple (several daily slots), or Never (manual only). |
5 | Admin Configuration | Manage advanced settings (Batch Delay and Page Limit), set up Notify Me alerts via Jira Cloud Automation webhooks, and access Audit Logs and Debug Logs. |
