Bring the power of your external data into Atlassian’s Teamwork Graph and Rovo AI. With the MultiSource Connector, your teams can securely connect documents, work items, deals, customer organizations, and make them discoverable across Atlassian products — including Confluence search, Rovo Search, Rovo Chat, and Rovo Agents.

Installation

1- Log in to your Jira or Jira Service Management site.
2- Click the Apps dropdown and choose the “Find new apps” option.
3- Search for MultiSource Connector for Teamwork Graph and click on the app tile.
4- Click “Get app” to start installing your app.
5- You're all set! Click “Close” in the “Installed and ready to go” dialog.

How It Works

  1. Add the Connector – Start from the Rovo Admin page and add the connector you need.

  1. Provide Credentials – Enter your access credentials securely to establish the connection.

  2. Verify & Configure – Open our MultiSource Connector app. You will find it under the Manage Apps menu of Jira. Switch to the Connections tab and click “Check Connection” button to make sure the credentials are correct.

  3. Apply filters (Optional) – Click the Import Manager button for our connection. Modify the filter if available. Filters are designed according to the source system.

  4. Flexible Scheduling – Choose the hours at which you would like the synchronization to run in the background without manual interaction. Most of our customers select the daily import, while others choose to transfer the data a couple of times a day.

  5. Search in Confluence or chat with Rovo – Once data is synchronized, your external content becomes searchable in Confluence through Teamwork Graph, and enables Rovo to surface relevant answers. You will find the Connector on the right side of your search page. It is easy to filter the result by clicking on the connector icon.
