Installation of AWS Importer for JSM Assets

  1. Log in to your Jira Service Management site on the Premium or Enterprise Plan.

  2. Click the Apps menu and choose the “Explore more apps” option.

  1. Search for AWS Importer for JSM Assets and click on the app tile.

  2. Click the “Try it free” button to start installing your app.

  3. You're all set! Click “Close” in the “Installed and ready to go” dialog.

  4. To find our application, click the More action menu with three dots (…) beside the Apps.

  1. Click Manage apps

  2. You will find our application on the left side, under the 'Apps' section.

Please don’t click the “Take me there” button.

  1. If you can not find it on the left side, then open the following URL by replacing yoursite:

    https://yoursite.atlassian.net/jira/settings/apps/9839f764-b22c-43af-a333-741dfdd01282/00435210-931d-4a39-8455-c492c60aca19

PS: Only Jira Admins can access our app.
