Connect the CSM Importer to Zoho CRM
Use the steps below to create a Zoho Self Client, generate the required authorization code, and find your Zoho CRM Organization ID.
1. Create a Self Client in Zoho
Follow Zoho’s Self Client documentation:

When creating the API client, select:
Client Type:
Self Client
2. Generate the authorization code
After creating the client, generate an authorization code.
In the Scope field, enter the following permissions:
ZohoCRM.users.READ,ZohoCRM.settings.READ,ZohoCRM.modules.READThese permissions allow the importer to read Zoho CRM users, settings, and module metadata. They do not grant write access.
Copy the generated authorization code and keep it available for the CSM Importer setup.
3. Find your Zoho CRM Organization ID
You also need your Zoho CRM Organization ID before completing the connection.
Open Zoho CRM.
Go to Setup.
Open Developer Space, then select APIs.
Look for the Organization ID value.
Copy the Organization ID and save it with your client credentials and authorization code.
4. Add the details to the CSM Importer
In the CSM Importer, enter the Zoho details you collected:
Site ( EU, US, etc)
Client ID
Client Secret
Zoho CRM Organization ID
