Installation of MultiSource Connector for CSM

1- Log in to your Customer Service Management site.
2- Click the Apps icon on the left menu and select Explore more apps

Open

3- Search for the MultiSource Connector for CSM and click on the app tile.
4- Click “Try it free” to start installing your app.
5- You're all set! Click “Close” in the “Installed and ready to go” dialog.
