Bring the power of your AWS S3 data into Atlassian’s Teamwork Graph and Rovo AI. With the AWS S3 Connector, your teams can securely connect cloud-stored files and make them discoverable across Atlassian products — including Confluence search.

 

Installation

1- Log in to your Jira or Jira Service Management site.
2- Click the Apps dropdown and choose the “Find new apps” option.
3- Search for AWS S3 Connector for Teamwork Graph and click on the app tile.
4- Click “Get app” to start installing your app.
5- You're all set! Click “Close” in the “Installed and ready to go” dialog.

How It Works

  1. Add the Connector – Start from the Rovo Admin page and add the AWS S3 Connector.

  1. Provide Credentials – Enter your AWS access credentials securely to establish the connection.

  2. Verify & Configure – Open our AWS S3 Connector app. You will find it under the Manage Apps menu of Jira. Switch to the S3 Credentials tab and click “Check Connection” button to make sure the credentials are correct.

  3. Apply filters – Under the Import Manager tab of our application, you can add a filename prefix to filter the documents.

  4. Flexible Scheduling – Choose the hours at which you would like the synchronization to run in the background without manual interaction. Most of our customers select the daily import, while others choose to transfer the data a couple of times a day.

  5. Search in Confluence – Once data is synchronized, your AWS S3 content becomes searchable in Confluence through Teamwork Graph, enabling Rovo to surface relevant answers. You will find the AWS S3 Connector on the right side of your search page. It is easy to filter the result by clicking on the connector icon.
